The location is ideal. You can literally walk 3-5 min (1 min drive), and you'll be on the main strip.

The place is not bad. I would recommend bringing some cleaning supplies, because if a room remains vacant it can attract "visitors" before you arrive (it is a motel).
The Wi-Fi can be improved to have better signal. My room didn't have a phone but, I didn't ask why.
