Loved this campground! Beautiful grounds and very clean amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lake George is minutes away and there is a trolly to take you to the many sites in town. A beautiful bike trail is right at the entrance and zip line next door. Lots to do here. Will definitely come back!

So my family and I came all the way from Colorado and were first over at hearthstone point campground which is the worst campground we have ever been to. Called the next morning to the king Phillips campground and was able to get a reservation. The staff is so friendly! The camp ground is kid friendly. You can have any breed of dog as long as they have their rabies up to date. The showers and bathrooms are super clean and Nice! They have a nice pool and it is located in a great area. An 8 min drive over to lake george and right next to a tiny amusement park! I will be staying here again! Fantastic!

Great Lake George location on bike trail and trolley line, ample sites with picnic table and fire pit, common areas are very well tended, friendly folks. My only complaint is that they offer free WiFi which would be great if it worked. We were there in the fall when it's very quiet here but I struggled to get email. Can't imagine trying to use it during the summer.

This is probably the best campsite I've stayed at yet. It's super clean. Bathrooms are spotless. I think it's because they get lightly used. Looks like many of the campers have those huge RVs with showers and bathrooms inside them. I'm in a little pop-up so I use the facilities. Our site was backed by gorgeous ADK woods and rock outcroppings. Your neighbors are not right on top of you if you get one of those sites. Each site has its own water spigot so you don't have to go searching for water. They have a small but nice pool and playground that kids will certainly enjoy. Office has a well stocked store with eggs, milk, coffee; stuff you might need in a pinch. It also is right on the walking/bike path. We rode bikes from the park right into Lake George Village. It's about 2 miles and takes 7 minutes on a bike. Really beats trying to find parking in the Village.
