Enjoyed my experience quite a bit. Kim was quite helpful and knowledgeable about footwear and foot biomechanics. She was very honest and didn't look to sell add ons for the sake of selling add ons. Wonderful! Highly recommended.
Decent deals on sport equipment and apparel.
For the past several years I have enjoyed shopping here with my family over Dick's. The assistant store manager had been very helpful to me in the past. Today I had an interaction with the store manager that was not pleasant. Most items in the store were buy 1 get 1 50% off. Not one sign indicated that the second item had to be the same item, just equal or lesser value. The manager was quite snippy with me, when I mentioned something. (I have worked retail in the past and was very nice, I even hung up the pants my son had tried on, and pout them back) I will not be going out of my way to shop at this store for its customer service anymore.
Good selection and prices. Nice staff.
Expensive for an outlet. Staff didn't even make eye contact, let alone ask if you needed help... And our clerk was the manager. I had to ask for my receipt, and waited until I got a "Have a good day" from her.
