Came here for the first time and it was weird. followed the signs to the counter where the waitresses was and no one came to us after a long time. Nobody was helping us after like 10 minutes someone sat us down and took our orders than half hour later we got our sandwiches. The food is not really that good and the service is even worse.
As inviting as the view may be, I did not enjoy this place at all. Burgers are supposedly the best in the area but I really felt differently. My family of five cost us over $90 for burgers. The ones we ordered were incredibly greasy and made all of our stomachs hurt afterwards. And my fiancé asked for medium rare not raw. We won't be returning and urge others to eat else where.
I agree it is a little bit better than last year. Still needs a little cleaning. Burger could have better. Smooth you was good, and let's stop complaining about price. You are on vacation and this is normal.
7/24 We had 12 people in our party and the servers and manager on duty were very courteous and speedy. The clam chowder was very good. Also, the coffee, pulled pork, chicken as well as the burgers. The onion rings were great! This was my second time eating at the Lookout Cafe and I will go back again.
Fantastic place to eat, enjoy, and relax with great food. The tastiest hot wings I've ever had. Thanks for the great service Kate, we will be back!
