We went for 4th of july weekend and had a blast. A long weekend would be perfect here, Very quiet and fun !
While on vacation, some friends had recommended a boat trip out on the lake as a great activity. We found Lake George Boat Rentals, and rented a pontoon boat for 5 adults and 7 kids and had an absolute blast. Everyone had a great time cruising around the lake and getting to swim out in the middle. The staff was polite and helpful in getting us setup, and during the week they offer special rates - definitely recommend!
We were a bit reluctant at first from reading the previous reviews here, but glad we went. The staff is young but did a professional job. Our boat was in great shape (all other boats look ok well) and we had a great time - Would definitely go again!
The girl in the front was rude like she was to busy reading a paper work to help us
The boats in the front are nice and clean but those weren't the boats they rented us. The boats were filthy (life vests dirty, floor dirty, cherry pits in cup holders). We got out about a mile and our boat kept stalling. They had to bring us another boat.
