The worst service in history. Not only did they forget our order, but when we asked for a refund, they gave us an attitude, not even an apology!
Skip it. We ordered enough food to feed 15 people. They told us 1 hour delivered. It's been 2.5 hours and now they don't answer the phone. It doesn't matter how good the food is, if the service sucks. The food arrived at the 3 hour mark, and they agreed to comp us for it, but by that point it was nearly 10pm. Suffice it to say we will not go back next year.
On our recent vacation in and around Lake George we wanted a pizza. Not knowing where to go we looked up some reviews for pizza shops around the area and decided on Pizza Jerks going solely on their reviews. We were not disappointed, the pizza and Stromboli were very very good with a lot of flavor some lack.
Delicious Pizza (we are from the part of NYS where the pizzas out of this world, so that's saying something) . Kind curious staff and a nice atmosphere. Stopped in for an inexpensive bite to eat and found that the food was worth way more. We brought our young child and they cut his pizza FOR US! Super sweet.
They completely forgot our order and we sat there for more than an hour waiting period!
Pizza jerks are exactly what their name implies, the biggest jerks on the planet!
I would rate their crappy attitude as a 0 stars if I could! Supremely disappointed.
