Staff was friendly and helpful. Slightly disappointed at selection (although I'm comparing this outlet to the brooks brothers outlet in Lee Massachusetts). Traditional styles are still here, but the variety the Lee store offers exceeds this store.
Also disappointed at the lack of retail store out styles not being available. This outlet had only outlet brand brooks brothers (for those of you who thrift for a good deal at the outlet, the cursive writing is retail store brand models, while "246" and block lettering is the outlet store branding).
